Initiating the recovery process

Go to the "Connect" section and look for the "Having Problems?" link below the "Sign In With Google" option.

Once you click on it you can see the option to "Start Recovery".

Tap on it to navigate to the start recovery page.

To begin the recovery process, enter an email, which the platform will first verify.

Once verified, you can then provide the recovery emails you have previously set up.

After you provide the correct recovery emails, the platform will confirm them, allowing you to create a new passkey. To start this process, click the "Create Passkey" button to initiate a new transaction.

When you click the "Create Passkey" button, a notification will be sent to the connected device prompting you to create a new passkey.

Once a new passkey is created, you must send recovery proof to each of their designated recovery emails for confirmation. To complete the recovery process, at least 2 of the recovery emails must approve the request.

Click on the share button to individually sent out the recovery proof to each email.
