# How WXRWA works?

#### Collecting Yield

Holding WXRWA in your digital wallet will make you eligible to collect the yields generated by its underlying assets which is rental income in case of properties.

#### Transfer of Ownership

WXRWA tokens will only be transferred to KYC'ed addresses.

**Redeeming your WXRWA**

In case of properties, if the user wanted to claim their share in the asset in the country where the asset is registered they can redeem their WXRWA for XRWA. Currently this feature is not available but to claim 1 XRWA you need to have minimum 10% of total supply of WXRWA. While redeeming your XRWA your WXRWA will be locked in your digital wallet. Also you need to have USA ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) or USA LLC or C-corp with EIN.

#### Trading (with **WXRWA**)

Users are allowed to trade WXRWA freely on the secondary market.

**Collateral (DeFi)**

In future, **WXRWA** could be used as collateral at 0xequity marketplace for lending/borrowing USDT/USDC loans. Due to its low volatility, these loans hardly ever liquidate and will be a valuable addition to the ecosystem.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.0xequity.com/0xequity-tokens/how-wxrwa-works.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
